You have worked hard to pay off your current home, but now the time has come for you to sell your home. Whether you have decided to move to another location, you can no longer afford your mortgage, or you simply needed a change, there are a few things you need to know about selling your home. You have invested quite a lot of money into that home, and you want your return on investment (ROI). A seller is required to know certain information in order to obtain his/her ROI. This is when many questions arise such as the following:
- What should I list my home for?
- Do you have other listings in my area, and what are they selling for?
- What is the average length of time to sell a home like mine?
- What disclosure laws apply to me, and what do I need to be made aware of?
- If you’re my realtor, how do you plan to market my listing?
Not everyone can answer these questions about their home without a little help. My job is to address these questions, along with any others you may have, and of course to ensure the selling process goes smoothly for you! If you have any further questions you would like to address me, don’t hesitate to contact me!
